When you create and use a TVO account, we may collect the following information:

• Avatar selection

• Preferred city

• Saved places

• Collections

• Notification preferences

• Push notification token

Your password is securely managed by Supabase Authentication and is never accessible to us.

2. Location Information

If you grant permission, TVO may access your device's location to display your position on the map and help you discover nearby places.

Your location is processed only while using these features and is not stored on our servers.

You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account

• Save your preferences and collections

• Deliver the features of the application

• Send notifications that you have chosen to receive

• Improve the reliability and security of TVO

• Respond to your questions and support requests

We do not use your personal information for advertising purposes.

4. Notifications

If you choose to enable notifications, TVO stores a push notification token that allows us to send notifications to your device.

You may enable or disable each notification category at any time within the application settings or through your device settings.

5. Third-Party Services

To operate TVO, we use trusted third-party service providers, including:

• Supabase (authentication, database and storage)

• Mapbox (maps)

• OpenWeather (weather information)

• Expo Notifications (push notifications)

• Resend (transactional emails)

These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their respective services.

6. Analytics

TVO does not currently use analytics, advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking, or marketing profiling technologies.

We do not monitor your activity for advertising purposes.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Your information is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve TVO.

We may disclose information only where required by applicable law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account directly from within the TVO application.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated personal information from our systems, subject to any legal obligations requiring limited data retention.

This action cannot be undone.

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal information

• Correct inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your information

• Request a copy of your personal information

TVO is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

The latest version will always be available within the application.
